These terms apply to the Apodeixa website and email waitlist. By using them, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or join the waitlist.

Apodeixa Agent is an upcoming desktop app that helps you build indicators and strategies by asking, see them on a built-in chart, test them on historical data, and export to Pine Script for TradingView. App access, licensing, and any paid subscription will have terms presented before you sign up for them.

Joining the waitlist is free. It lets us email you about launch and early access. It does not place an order, reserve access, or create a paid subscription. There is no promised launch date, and features and availability may change before launch.

You must use an email address you are authorized to provide. You can leave the list by contacting hello@apodeixa.com from that address.

The app is designed to use the AI plan you already have, with your own sign-in rather than API keys. Access depends on your AI provider’s availability, supported plans, terms, and usage limits. Do not send us your AI password or sign-in credentials.

Apodeixa is software for building and testing trading ideas. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. No tool can promise profitability. You are responsible for reviewing generated code, checking results, and making your own trading decisions.

AI output can contain mistakes. Historical tests can be incomplete or misleading, and past performance does not predict future results. A strategy that appears to work in a test can lose money in live trading. You can lose some or all of the money you trade.

Use the website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, bypass security, misuse the waitlist, or submit someone else’s personal information without permission.

Apodeixa and its licensors retain rights in the website, app, branding, and original site content. These terms do not transfer those rights to you. They also do not claim ownership of your trading ideas. Rights and permitted uses for app-generated code and exports will be explained in the app terms before access is offered.

The waitlist uses Google Apps Script to process submissions. Links to social platforms, AI providers, and TradingView lead to independent services with their own terms and policies. Mentioning these services does not imply a partnership or endorsement. Their availability and behavior are outside our control.

We provide the website and its content as available. To the extent permitted by law, we do not warrant that the website will always be available, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose. We may change or suspend it.

To the extent permitted by law, Apodeixa is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of this website, including trading losses or loss of data. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date above will show when they were last updated. We will provide additional notice of material changes where required. Review the current terms before using the website or joining the waitlist.
